Email Not Sending
Troubleshoot issues when prescription or diagnosis emails fail to send.
Check Email Configuration
Go to Settings → Email Configuration and verify your SMTP settings are correct. If you see "Not configured", you need to set up email first.

Verify Credentials
If using Gmail, ensure you're using an App Password (not your regular password). For other providers, verify the username and password are correct.

Send a Test Email
Use the "Test Email" section to send a test. The error message will indicate the specific issue — wrong password, blocked port, or incorrect server.

Try DoctorScribe Email
If you continue having issues with your own email, enable the DoctorScribe email service as an alternative. It requires no SMTP configuration.
Most email issues are caused by incorrect passwords or missing App Passwords for Gmail.
