Enable DoctorScribe Email Service

Use DoctorScribe's shared email service to send prescriptions without configuring your own email.

Go to Email Configuration

Navigate to Settings → Email Configuration from the sidebar.

Enable DoctorScribe Email

Check the box that says "Send email using DoctorScribe email id". This allows your clinic to send prescriptions and diagnosis reports through DoctorScribe's email service — no SMTP setup needed.

Accept the Disclaimer

A disclaimer will appear explaining that DoctorScribe is sending emails on your behalf, and that your clinic bears full responsibility for the medical content. Read the terms carefully and check the acceptance box, then click "Accept & Enable".

Test the Configuration

After enabling, use the "Test DoctorScribe Email" section to send a test email and verify everything works correctly.

When using DoctorScribe email, a note will appear at the bottom of each email indicating it was sent via DoctorScribe on your clinic's behalf.
