Send Diagnosis via Email
Email the consultation summary and prescription PDFs to your patient.
Ensure Patient Has an Email
The patient must have an email address on file. You can add or update it in the patient's profile under "Edit Patient".

Open the Consultation
Go to the consultation you want to send — either from the Scribe page after recording or from the patient's history.

Click "Send Email"
Click the email icon or "Send to Patient" button. The system will send the consultation summary to the patient's registered email address.

Email Contents
The patient receives: a formatted HTML email with the full diagnosis summary, plus two PDF attachments — one with the complete consultation and another with just the prescription.
Make sure your email is configured in Settings → Email Configuration before sending.
